This page contains some free software packages I wrote. Since I use the Linux operating system for most development purposes, these programs are supposed to work under Linux, and possibly other Unices. Java programs are supposed to work with all operating systems provided that a Java port exists for your specific platform.
Before downloading and using them, please read the GNU Public License (GPL). Basically, it says that this software is free and you can copy, use and redistribute it. For other philosophical issues, please check GNU's website. If you want to make changes to the software, you are encouraged to do so. I will be pleased to hear your comments and suggestions. If you are interested in future releases of these programs, please e-mail me and I will notify you when I have a new release ready.
I have only one Java application for the time being. Check back soon. Enjoy!
Vimg 0.1 | Vimg is a JPEG/GIF image viewer written purely in Java (and that's why it's only a JPEG/GIF viewer). It can display sets of images in random or given order automatically or interactively. |
